Shipment and Delivery
We will make every attempt to deliver by UPS or other common carrier. Some
materials require freight delivery due to their size and/or weight. All shipping
and handling charges will be added to the purchase price. Customers paying
by check, please call for shipping charges.
New Jersey Sales Tax
Sales tax must be paid by customers in NJ unless this is a capital improvement to your property. If so an ST-8 form must be completed.
Returns and Exchanges
All items must be in their original packing, in good condition, and labeled
with a return authorization number. The return authorization number may be
obtained by calling 1-800-262-8813. All returns are at the purchaser's
shipping expense. No returns will be accepted freight collect. A 20%
restocking charge will be deducted from the return/credit payment.
Changes in Product Description or Costs
We make every effort to present you with factual information. We apologize
for any typographical errors we might make once in a while. The manufacturers
also are always improving their products and adjusting prices to reflect
those changes prior to our knowledge. As soon as possible, after we receive
knowledge of such changes we will update our information. Should any of these
changes take place during your ordering time we will do our best to make
you aware of them prior to your placing the final order.
